We are a fully remote team of high-performing professionals working asynchronously across time zones. We're now looking for a Product Owner to drive product delivery, translate stakeholder needs into actionable features, and ensure our solutions are delivered with precision and purpose
What you will do
- Act as the bridge between business and development, translating high-level goals into detailed product backlogs and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, priority, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback, stakeholder input, and data insights to inform and refine product requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables align with compliance and security standards, especially in regulated domains like Fintech and Insurtech.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, focus, and alignment throughout the development cycle.

What you bring
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product delivery role.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product development cycles.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, prioritization, and iterative development.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment, managing time and tasks independently.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.
Bonus points
- Experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain
- Familiarity with compliance standards and data security requirements.
- Hands-on experience with tools like YouTrack, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or other Agile product management tools.
