We are a fully remote team of high-performing professionals working asynchronously across time zones. We're now looking for a Product Manager to join us and take ownership of product strategy and development for key digital solutions driving real-world impact.

What you will do

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and optimization.
Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable software solutions.
Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
Work closely with stakeholders in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance) to ensure compliance and user trust.
Define and track key product metrics, evaluating performance and continuously iterating based on feedback.
Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales to maximize adoption and impact.

What you bring

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, data, or API-driven products.
Proven ability to define product vision and execute across cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development.
A background in or strong familiarity with compliance-heavy industries (e.g., Fintech, Insurtech, Medtech).
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills backed by a solid understanding of product metrics.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously, with strong self-management and communication abilities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.

Bonus points

Experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain
Exposure to or interest in data security, compliance tech, or API-based ecosystems.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
