Join our remote team as a UX/UI Designer to enhance user experiences and design compelling interfaces. At Savages Corp Limited we support and enable our clients in Insurtech, Fintech and Proptech with our expertise and services. We empower insurance companies and banks to make informed decisions and achieve their goals with our cutting-edge data intelligence services. We ensure compliance and protection of sensitive data with our comprehensive compliant infrastructure solutions and streamline compliance processes and reduce risks with our innovative and secure compliant software solutions. Also we develop applications and solutions for multiple different devices and use cases.
What you will do
- You take charge of complex, high-impact design projects
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with our mission
- You champion innovation by experimenting with new design techniques and technologies
- You develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing user experiences
- Additionally you conduct extensive user researches, translating insights into innovative design solutions
- You iterate designs based on user feedback, continuously striving for perfection
- Moreover you advocate for design best practices, demonstrating the value of design in product development
- Last but not least you stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies, applying them to our projects

What you bring
- You are a strong communicator with solid English skills with a minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI Design
- You are comfortable and experienced with working fully remotely and communicating asynchronously
- You have proven experience in designing mobile and web applications, ideally within healthcare, finance, or technology sectors
- You are proficient with industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- You have a deep understanding of responsive web design and mobile application design principles
- You also bring outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Moreover you have knowledge of Apple’s, Google’s and General UX/UI guidelines
- On top you have UX/UI knowledge in designing for multiple screens and devices
Bonus points
- You have experience working in the Insurtech, Fintech or Proptech domains
- You possess proficiency in emerging technologies
- You have experience in previous design leadership roles
